LOULIS FOOD INGREDIENTS S.A., in accordance with section 4.1.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook, informs the investing public that, following the completion of the tax audit carried out pursuant to the provisions of Article 78 of the Tax Procedure Code (Law 5104/2024), as in force, by the Company’s statutory independent auditor for the fiscal year 2024, a Tax Compliance Certificate with an unqualified conclusion was issued.

A Tax Compliance Certificate with an unqualified conclusion for the fiscal year 2024 was also issued for its subsidiary company, “KENFOOD S.A. TRADING COMPANY OF BAKERY AND CONFECTIONARY MIXTURES.”
