"ALPHA TRUST - ANDROMEDA Investment Trust S.A." would like to inform the investment community that, following the decision of the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting dated 18.04.2024 as well as the decision of BoD dated 30.05.2024 and pursuant to article 49 of L.4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, it has proceeded through EUROBANK EQUITIES (a) in the meeting dated 27^th of November 2025, to the purchase of 773 treasury shares, at an average acquisition price of 7.94 euro per share, of a total value of 6,147.44 euro, (b) in the meeting dated 28^th of November 2025, to the purchase of 768 treasury shares, at an average acquisition price of 7.9033 euro per share, of a total value of 6,079.43 euro and ( c) in the meeting dated 01^st of December 2025, to the purchase of 767 treasury shares, at an average acquisition price of 7.955 euro per share, of a total value of 6,111.22 euro.

Following the above purchases, the Company owns 147,111 treasury shares, with an average acquisition price of 6.66 euro per share, a percentage of 3.94% of the total shares of the Company
