Fais Holdings Company, under the trade name “FAIS GROUP”, in accordance with Article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and Regulations (EU) 2016/1052 and 596/2014, announces to the investing public that, in execution of the decision of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 27/05/2025 and the decision of its Board of Directors dated 30/05/2025, proceeded on 12/03/2025 with purchase of 8,000 own shares at an average acquisition price of €3.4599 and a total transaction value of €27,679.93, as well as on 12/04/2025 with purchase 11,000 own shares at an average acquisition price of €3.4229 and a total transaction value of €37,652.5

Following these purchases, the Company holds 388,677 own shares, corresponding to 0.8509% of the Company’s total shares.
