OPAP S.A. announces, in accordance with article 4.1.1. of the Athens Exchange Regulation, that has received an unqualified tax certificate, following the completion of the special tax audit by its auditors, with regards to the fiscal year 2024.

The Group subsidiaries, HELLENIC LOTTERIES S.A., HORSE RACES S.A., TORA DIRECT S.A., TORA WALLET S.A., NEUROSOFT S.A. and OPAP ECO S.A. also received unqualified tax certificates for the fiscal year 2024.
