IKTINOS HELLAS S.A. announces to the investing public that it has proceeded with the execution of a share transfer agreement with NANKO ENERGIA A.V.E.T.E., a company active in the Renewable Energy sector, for the sale of 100% of the shares of its subsidiary company IDEI S.A.

IDEI S.A. is active in the production of electricity from Renewable Energy Sources and, in particular, in the operation of a wind farm with an installed capacity of 22 MW, located at “Megalovouni”, Municipality of Nikiforos, Drama Prefecture, Greece.

The total consideration for the transaction amounts to EUR 8.3 million.

The completion of the transaction is subject to the fulfilment of customary conditions precedent and the receipt of the necessary approvals, in accordance with the terms of the relevant agreement.

The transaction contributes to the improvement of the Company’s financial position and forms part of its strategic focus on its core business activities.
