Jumbo SA (the “Company”) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007, Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, that “FMR LLC” announced to the company on 08.12.2025 that the indirect participation in “Jumbo SA”, has decreased below the 5% threshold as of December 4, 2025. 

In accordance to the above notification, the total number of voting rights indirectly held by “FMR LLC” in Jumbo S.A. as of December 4, 2025 amounted to 6,716,413 corresponding to 4.99% of the total voting rights of the Company, while its percentage according to the previous notification was 6.93%.
