The company “PROODEFTIKI A.T.E.” announces to the investing public, following the notification it received on 09.12.2025 and pursuant to Article 21 of Law 3556/2007 in conjunction with Article 11 of HCMC Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, that the Company’s Vice Chairman and Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors (a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities under Regulation (EU) 596/2014), Mr. Anargyros Tsadimas, proceeded on 04/12/2025 with the sale of 45,750 common registered shares, and on 05/12/2025 with the sale of 43,050 common registered shares, for a total value of €40,309.50.
