(hereinafter the "Company"), following a query from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 on market abuse (MAR) and Decision No. 5/204/14.11.2000 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, informs the investing public of the following:

In relation to recent press reports referring to an alleged agreement for the acquisition of the Company by a credit institution, the Company, after receiving information from its main shareholders, states that no proposal has been submitted to them for the acquisition of their shares in the Company, and therefore, the aforementioned press reports do not reflect reality.
