Fais Holdings Company, under the trade name “FAIS GROUP”, in accordance with Article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and Regulations (EU) 2016/1052 and 596/2014, announces to the investing public that, in execution of the decision of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 27/05/2025 and the decision of its Board of Directors dated 30/05/2025, proceeded on 12/10/2025 with purchase of 9,534 own shares at an average acquisition price of €3.425 and a total transaction value of €32,654.9, as well as on 12/11/2025 with purchase 11,000 own shares at an average acquisition price of €3.418 and a total transaction value of €37.605,00

Following these purchases, the Company holds 443,846 own shares, corresponding to 0.9716% of the Company’s total shares.
