TRADE ESTATES REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) after receiving on 16.12.2025 relevant notifications of art 19 par. 1 of the Regulation 596/2014 and the applicable provisions of Greek law, hereby informs the investment community that Mr. Dimitrios Papoulis, son of Athanasios, Chief Executive Officer (a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities pursuant to Regulation (EU) 596/2014), on 15 December 2025 carried out purchases of 520,834 shares of the Company (ISIN GRS534003009) at a price of €1.92 per share, for a total consideration of €1,000,001.28. The transaction was executed through an Over-The-Counter (OTC) bilateral settlement transaction (off-market).
