The company ATTICA PUBLICATIONS ANONYMOUS PUBLISHING COMPANY informs the investing public that on 31-12-2025 the merger of its 100% subsidiaries "LAMPSI PUBLISHING & RADIO ENTERPRISES SOLE-MEMBER SOCIETE ANONYME" and "IONIC PUBLICATIONS SOLE-MEMBER SOCIETE ANONYME" was completed with the absorption of the latter by the former. 

The merger of the companies took place in accordance with the provisions of Law 4601/2019, Law 4935/2022 and Law 4548/2018 and the relevant decision of the GEMI Service (ADA:Ψ90Θ469ΕΘ-ΝΘΥ) with number 14633/31-12-2025 was registered in the General Commercial Registry (G.E.M.H.) on 31-12/2025, with Registration Code Number 5841704.
