On 9 January 2025, the Cypriot company SNP INVESTMENTS LIMITED, a person subject to the notification obligations under Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, as a person closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities, namely Mr. Georgios Politis, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, notified the Company that on the same date it acquired 319,150 ordinary registered shares of the Company at a price of EUR 3.42 per share, for a total consideration of EUR 1,091,493.00.

As a result of the above transaction, the total number of shares and voting rights held directly by Mr. Georgios Politis and indirectly, through the Cypriot company SNP INVESTMENTS LIMITED, now amounts to 4,016,116 shares and corresponding voting rights, representing 27.15% of the total share capital and voting rights of the Company.
