Pursuant to the provisions of Article 14 of the Alternative Market Regulation, EUROXX Securities S.A. informs the investing public that on 09/01/2026, following the acquisition of 319,150 common registered shares of the Company at a price of EUR 3.42 per share, with a total transaction value of EUR 1,091,493.00, by the Cyprus-based company SNP INVESTMENTS LIMITED, a liable person and a person closely associated with Mr. Georgios Polites, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, a change occurred in Mr. Polites’ shareholding percentage.

As a result of the above transaction, the total number of shares and voting rights held directly by Mr. Georgios Polites and indirectly through SNP INVESTMENTS LIMITED amounts to 4,016,116 shares and corresponding voting rights, representing 27.15% of the Company’s total share capital and voting rights.
