Notification of voting rights

Cairo Mezz Plc ("Cairo Μezz" or "Company") notifies that on 09.01.2026, it received a notification, according to which, on 08.01.2026, HOLD Alapkezelő Zrt. through managed UCITS and AIF vehicles (“HOLD”) acquired shares in the Company, which resulted in HOLD owning shares which exceeded the 5.0% threshold of the total share capital and voting rights in Cairo Mezz. On January 08, 2026, HOLD owns 15,767,635 shares in Cairo Mezz corresponding to 5.10% of the Company’s total share capital and voting rights.
