NOTIFICATION OF SIGNIFICANT CHANGES IN VOTING RIGHTS

IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW 3556/2007 AS IN FORCE

Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 9 and 14 of Law 3556/2007 and Article 4.1.1 (8) of the Athens Exchange Regulation, as in force, the company “Y/KNOT Invest S.A.” (the “Company”) hereby informs the investing public of the following: according to the notification dated 7 January 2026, which the Company received on 9 January 2026 from Mr. Antonios I. Mouzakis,  his percentage of voting rights decreased on 7 January 2026 from 5,01111% to 4,9544%, i.e. below the 5% threshold, and Mr. Antonios Mouzakis currently holds 376.291 common shares and the corresponding voting rights of the Company.
