INVESTMENT SERVICES COMPANY” (hereinafter the “Company”), following a query from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (MAR) on market abuse, as well as Decision No. 5/204/14.11.2000 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, hereby informs the investing public of the following:

With regard to a recent press publication referring to an alleged agreement for the acquisition of the Company by a credit institution, the Company, following information received from its principal shareholders, states that they have not received any proposal for the acquisition of their shares in the Company and that the said publication does not reflect reality.
