Performance Technologies Undertakes a 3 million euros Project for the Hellenic Police Case Management System
Press Release – Athens, 15/1/2026: Performance Technologies S.A., in consortium with GRIVAS S.A.E.E., has signed a contract with the Hellenic Police with a total value of approximately 3 million euros, within the framework of the initiative “Enhancing operational capabilities for addressing specific violent crimes.”
The project concerns the implementation of a modern, Integrated Case Management System for the Directorate for Combating Specific Violent Crimes (D.A.E.E.V.), significantly strengthening its operational effectiveness in managing complex and critical cases.
The new solution will enable:
- faster and more efficient case handling,
- secure and structured processing of large volumes of complex data,
- intelligent search and correlation of information, and
- automation of key operational workflows critical to the day-to-day functioning of the services.
At the core of the solution are OpenText’s Case Management and Content Management platforms, which are leveraged for the holistic management of cases and digital content, offering high levels of security, controlled access, and full traceability of actions.
The overall architecture is supported by modern technological infrastructure and networking equipment from leading international vendors such as HPE and Cisco, ensuring high availability, reliability, and operational continuity for a project of increased criticality.
