The company PAPOUTSANIS SA (the Company), according to the law. 3556/2007, Regulation 596/2014 and the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, each as applicable, informs the investing public that, according to the 15.01.2026 transaction notification submitted by Tassopoulos Menelaos a liable person (CEO and member of the BoD of the Company), on 14.01.2026 acquired 50.000 common shares with voting rights in Athens Stock Exchange market, at the price of  €3,80 per share.
