Acquisition of Own Shares 

BriQ Properties R.E.I.C. informs the Investors that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052, the article 49 of Law 4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, as well as by virtue of the decision of the Annual General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 29.04.2025, on January 20, 2026 acquired, through the member of the A.S.E. “Eurobank Equities”, 3.000 own shares at an average purchase price of 2,910 euro per share and with a total transaction value of 8.730,00 euro.

Following this acquisition, BriQ Properties R.E.I.C. holds 501.017 own shares, representing 1,06% of the total shares of the Company.
