Amendment to the 2026 Financial Calendar
IDEAL Holdings S.A., in the context of accurate, timely, and reliable information to the investing public and, in particular, to its shareholders, in accordance with Article 4.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and Decision 25 of the Stock Markets Steering Committee, announces an amendment to the 2026 Financial Calendar, which was published on December 22, 2025.
The amendment concerns the following dates related to the reduction of the Company’s share capital and the return of the corresponding amount to shareholders through cash distribution (€0.15 per share), as approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on January 12, 2026.
