The Public Limited Company under the corporate name “PROFILE ANONYMOUS COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL COMPANY OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY” with the distinctive title “PROFILE SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE S.A.” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), in the context of proper, accurate, and timely information of the investor community and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014, and further to its announcements dated 24 November 2025 and 4 December 2025 regarding the signing of the Agreement for the acquisition of a majority stake of 87.23% of the shares and voting rights of the public limited company under the corporate name “ALGOSYSTEMS ANONYMOUS TECHNICAL COMMERCIAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AUTOMATION AND METROLOGY COMPANY”, with the distinctive title “ALGOSYSTEMS S.A.”, having its registered office in Kallithea, Attica, at 206 Syngrou Avenue (hereinafter “ALGOSYSTEMS”), hereby informs the investor community that on 22 January 2026, following the fulfilment of the terms, conditions, and prerequisites of the aforementioned agreement, the said acquisition was duly completed.

In this context, the Company’s Management informs the investor community that the total amount of the above investment amounts to € 3,7m which falls within the range already disclosed in the Company’s aforementioned prior announcements.
