Alpha Real Estate Services S.A. (the “Company”) announces to the investing public that, pursuant to the resolutions of its Board of Directors dated 04 April 2025 and 22 December 2025, the dissolution and liquidation of its wholly owned subsidiary “Alpha Real Estate Bulgaria E.O.O.D.” has been completed.

Following the completion of the liquidation process, the subsidiary has been definitively deleted from the commercial registers of the competent authorities of the Republic of Bulgaria, in accordance with applicable legislation.

The above development does not have a material impact on the Company’s financial position or results.
