IKTINOS HELLAS S.A., in accordance with Article 2, paragraph 2 of Decision No. 3/347/12-7-2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that, following a decision of the Board of Directors upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration & Nomination Committee, Mr. Panagiotis Liardakis has been appointed as Internal Auditor, replacing Mr. Georgios Panagiotidis, who is leaving the Company.
Mr. Panagiotis Drosos has been appointed Head of the Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance Unit.

Mr. Liardakis has been employed by the Company since 2006, having held the position of Internal Auditor until 2021, when he assumed the duties of Head of Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance.

Mr. Liardakis meets the requirements of the applicable legislative framework (Law 4706/2020), as he has functional and personal independence, is not a member of the Board of Directors nor a member with voting rights in standing committees of the Company, has no close ties with any person holding any of the above positions within the Company, and possesses the appropriate knowledge and relevant professional experience for this position.
