The Public Limited Company under the name “PROFILE COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL COMPANY OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SOCIETE ANONYME”, with the distinctive title “PROFILE SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE S.A.” (hereinafter the “Profile”),  in the context of proper, accurate, and timely information of the investor community and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014, and further to its announcements dated 22 December 2025, regarding the signing of the Agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shares and voting rights of Indigo (London) Holdings Limited and consequently its 100% subsidiary Contemi Solutions (London) Ltd, both based in England (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Company”) hereby informs the investor community that on 30 January 2026, following the fulfilment of the terms, conditions, and prerequisites of the aforementioned Agreement, the said acquisition was duly completed.

In this context, the Company’s Management informs the investor community that the total amount of the above investment amounts to € 3,8m which falls within the range already disclosed in the Company’s aforementioned prior announcement
