Announcement of Regulated Information under Law 3556/2007 (Notification regarding Change in Shareholder’s Voting Rights Percentage)

“ALUMIL ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A.” (the “Company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 (ist), (bb) and 21), in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014, informs the investing public that Mr. Nikolaos Manias (a person obliged under article 19 of the Regulation) notified the Company that, during the Athens Stock Exchange session of 3-2-2026, he proceeded with the purchase of 2,500 Common Registered shares with voting rights of the Company, with a total value of € 14,450, at an average acquisition price of €5,7800.
