LOULIS FOOD INGREDIENTS S.A. (the “Company”), in accordance with Law 3556/2007, Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, and the Rules of the Athens Exchange, as in force, hereby informs the investing public that, pursuant to the transaction notification dated 05.02.2026 submitted by Ms Olga Manou, in her capacity as a person closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities, on 03.02.2026 she acquired a total of 9,210 ordinary registered shares with voting rights of the Company on the Athens Exchange at an average price of €3.93 per share, and on 04.02.2026 she acquired a total of 3,500 ordinary registered shares with voting rights of the Company on the Athens Exchange at an average price of €3.9755 per share.
