Motor Oil Hellas – Performance Technologies Strategic Partnership for the Expansion of the ServiceNow Platform
Press Release – Athens, 5/2/2026: Motor Oil Hellas enters a strategic partnership with Performance Technologies for the expansion and implementation of the ServiceNow platform at Group level, as part of its broader digital transformation strategy and commitment to enhancing Operational Excellence. This initiative aims to modernize and unify internal operations through a single digital platform that acts as a key driver of business transformation.
Performance Technologies, the only Greek company holding ServiceNow Elite Partner status for Greece and Cyprus, will undertake the design and implementation of the solution, leveraging its deep expertise in areas such as IT Service Management, Enterprise Service Management, Observability, and AI‑driven automation. The collaboration goes beyond traditional IT modernization by introducing Enterprise Service Management as a horizontal operating model that transforms service delivery across the entire Organization.
Through ServiceNow, Motor Oil leverages a unified platform where services are designed, automated, and monitored under a common framework, ensuring full transparency and measurable outcomes. This approach enhances operational efficiency, reduces administrative complexity, and establishes a strong foundation for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Special emphasis is placed on improving the employee experience through modern User Experience capabilities such as the Employee Center, the Virtual Agent, and mobile access to digital services. At the same time, IT Service Management processes evolve through the introduction of extensive automations, improving speed, quality, and consistency in service delivery.
A critical component of the implementation is the development of an advanced CMDB, featuring automated discovery and service mapping, providing full end-to-end visibility across applications and infrastructure. The integration of the ServiceNow platform with the Observability ecosystem and the Monitoring as a Service offering, already provided by Performance Technologies, enables effective root-cause analysis, reliable change and business impact analysis, and faster restoration of critical business services.
Finally, the partnership lays the groundwork for the further adoption of advanced automation and artificial intelligence, enhancing the Group’s agility, resilience, and ability to deliver modern, high-quality digital services to both employees and customers.
Vassilis Anastasiou, Group IT Director Operations & Infrastructure of Motor Oil Hellas, stated: “The enhancement and further development of the ServiceNow platform is a key pillar of our strategy for Operational Excellence and business transformation. The selection of Performance Technologies was based not only on its expertise as a ServiceNow Elite Partner, but primarily on its role as a trusted advisor that deeply understands our business needs and strategically supports us in redesigning the Group’s operations with a long-term perspective.”
George Cheimonidis, Innovation & Business Development Director of Performance Technologies, commented: “Our collaboration with Motor Oil Hellas is clearly strategic in nature and reflects the importance we place on the long-term success of our partners. Through the implementation of the ServiceNow platform and the adoption of Enterprise Service Management, Observability, automation, and artificial intelligence, we are working together to shape a modern and resilient operating model that supports operational excellence and the sustainable growth of the Group.”
