ALUMIL S.A. (General Commercial Register number 014492035000 and Tax Registration Number 094220266) (hereinafter the "Company"), in accordance with the provisions of Articles 100 §3 and 101 §2 and §3 of Law 4548/2018, announces the following:

By virtue of the decision of the Company's Board of Directors dated 26 January 2026, the granting of a guarantee in favor of a legal entity related to the Company was approved. The relevant announcement was published on 28 January 2026 in General Commercial Register (protocol no.: 3989951), on the Athens Stock Exchange (announcement), and on the Company's website (announcement ).

The Board of Directors certifies that the ten-day period provided for in Article 100 §3 of Law 4548/2018 for the submission of a request to convene a general meeting to decide on the granting of the license expired without action on 7 February 2026.

It is reminded that the aforementioned decision of the Board of Directors concerns the granting of a guarantee in favor of the subsidiary “ALUMIL MISR FOR TRADE AND INDUSTRY S.A.E.” to the credit institution “EUROPEAN BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT”, pursuant to a Guarantee Agreement (Deed of Guarantee and Indemnity), with a value up to EUR 13,750,000 (principal), plus interest, expenses, and other charges. The estimated date of execution of the above guarantee is within February 2026.
