Thessaloniki Port Authority S.A. («ThPA S.A.» or «Company»), announces the appointment of Mr. Narκisos Georgiadis as Chief Financial Officer, effective 16 February 2026. 

Mr. Georgiadis possesses extensive international and domestic experience in senior executive positions in multinational and listed companies, with significant involvement in strategic transformation and growth initiatives, particularly in the infrastructure and industrial sectors. His experience and expertise are expected to contribute to the financial function and strategic growth of ThPA S.A.
