Regulated Information Announcement – Notification of Significant Changes in Voting Rights pursuant to Law 3556/2007

Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 9 and 14 of Law 3556/2007 and Article 4.1.1 (8) of the Regulation of the Athens Exchange Regulation, as in force, the company “Y/KNOT Invest S.A.” (the “Company”) hereby informs the investing public of the following: according to the notification dated 13/2/2026 received on 13/2/2026 from Mr. Theofanis Kiriacoulis, son of Stavros, his percentage of voting rights decreased on 1/12/2025 from 10,01% to 9,74%, i.e. below the 10% threshold, and Mr. Theofanis Kiriacoulis currently holds 679.879 ordinary shares and the corresponding voting rights of the Company.
