Regulated Information Announcement – Notification of Significant Changes in Voting Rights pursuant to Law 3556/2007

Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 9 and 14 of Law 3556/2007 and Article 4.1.1 (8) of the Regulation of the Athens Exchange Regulation, as in force, the company “Y/KNOT Invest S.A.” (the “Company”) informs the investing public that the percentage of voting rights of Mr. Theofanis Kiriacoulis, son of Stavros, decreased on 26/11/2025 from 10,01% to 9,87%, i.e. below the 10% threshold.
