TRADE ESTATES REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY announces the appointment of Mr. Demetris Panayi to the position of Chief Financial Officer, with starting date on February 18th, 2026.

Mr. Panayi has twenty-four (24) years of experience in the investment and asset management industry in Greece, Europe and the USA, having worked as a CFO of Noval Property REIC, while during the period 2009-2023 worked as CFO at Zeus Capital Management. Prior to that, he worked in New York at the Private Equity Finance Division of Lehman Brothers and as an auditor (CPA) at Deloitte. Mr. Panayi graduated from Rutgers University (USA) with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (BSc Hons) and holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Manchester Business School.
