IKTINOS HELLAS SA. announces to the investment community that the transfer of 100% of the shares of its subsidiary ΙΔΕΗ Α.Ε. to ΝΑΝΚΟ ΕΝΕΡΓΕΙΑ Α.Β.Ε.Τ.Ε., which operates in the Renewable Energy Sources sector, has been completed.

The total consideration for the transaction amounted to €8,300,000.

The completion of the transaction contributes to the improvement of the Company’s financial position and is in line with its strategy to focus on its core business activities.
