Eurobank S.A. informs the investment community of the following updates to the Financial Calendar for the year 2026, subsequent to the announcement made on January 21, 2026:

| Friday, 6 March 2026 | Publication of Annual Financial Report 2025 |
Tuesday, 28 April 2026 Revised date | Annual General Meeting |
| Thursday, 7 May 2026 | Announcement of the 1Q2026 Financial Results and analysts briefing |
Monday, 11 May 2026 New date added to the calendar | Ex-dividend date |
Tuesday, 12 May 2026 New date added to the calendar | Dividend beneficiaries record date |
Friday, 15 May 2026 New date added to the calendar | Dividend payment starting date |
| Thursday, 30 July 2026 | Announcement of the 1H2026 Financial Results and analysts briefing |
| Thursday, 29 October 2026 | Announcement of the 9M2026 Financial Results and analysts briefing |
Finally, it is noted that:
- The FY2025 results will be announced once the Athens Stock Exchange trading session ends, and the analysts' briefing will take place soon afterwards on the same day.
- Eurobank S.A. reserves the right to change the above-mentioned dates, with timely notification to the investment community.
- The new dates included in the updated financial calendar for the year 2026 are subject to approvals provided for in the applicable laws and regulations.
