ELLAKTOR S.A. (hereinafter the “Company” or “ELLAKTOR”) informs the investment community that its 100% subsidiary, LANDMARK HOLDINGS S.A. (“LANDMARK”), has completed the acquisition of a leased office building from Prodea Investments (“PRODEA”).

The building consists of six floors and one underground parking level, with a total surface area of 8,546.88 sq.m. on a plot of 2,036 sq.m. It is located at 15 Vasilissis Sofias Avenue, in the center of Athens, in a prestigious location with high visibility.

The total consideration for the transaction amounted to €44.00 million and was fully financed through the Company’s own funds.

This announcement is made in accordance with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council and the regulations of the Athens Exchange.
