Release date of the fiscal year 2025 Financial Results: Monday, March 23^rd, 2026, after the close of business. The Annual Financial Report of the fiscal year 2025 will be available on the Company website www.moh.gr  (Investor Relations / Financial Information / Full Year Financial Reports) as well as on the ATHEX website www.athexgroup.gr  after the close of business on Monday, March 23^rd, 2026.

Annual briefing to analysts: will take place over a teleconference on Tuesday March 24^th, 2026, at 17:30 hrs local time (UK: 15:30, EASTERN US: 10:30).

Annual Ordinary General Meeting: Wednesday June 17^th, 2026. 

Year 2025 ex-dividend date: Friday June 26^th, 2026 (that is, after June 19^th, 2026, which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP index, in which it is included). 

Shareholders entitled to the year 2025 dividend: Company shareholders registered in the electronic files of the Dematerialized Securities System (S.A.T) dated Monday June 29^th, 2026 (record date). 

First day of payment of the year 2025 dividend: Friday July 3^rd, 2026.

Release date of H1 2026 Financial Results: Wednesday August 26^th, 2026, after the close of business. The Half Year Financial Report will be available on the Company website www.moh.gr (Investor Relations / Financial Information / Half Year Financial Reports) as well as on the ATHEX website www.athexgroup.gr after the close of business on Wednesday August 26^th, 2026. A teleconference has been scheduled for Thursday August 27^th, 2026 at 17:30 hrs local time (UK: 15:30, EASTERN US: 10:30).
