Quest Holdings S.A. (the “Company”) announces, pursuant to Article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and in accordance with the provisions of Commission Regulation (EC) No 2273/2003, and further to the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 13 June 2024 and the resolution of the Board of Directors dated 2 January 2026, that during the trading sessions of 4 March 2026 and 5 March 2026, it proceeded, through the brokerage firm “Eurobank Equities”, with the purchase of a total of 5,542 own shares.

The above shares were acquired at an average purchase price of €6.53 per share, for a total transaction value of €36,204.91.

Following the aforementioned purchases, the Company holds in total 1,486,760 own shares, representing 1.3866% of the Company’s total issued shares.
