Further to its announcement dated 26.01.2026, Euroxx Securities S.A. informs the investing public that it experienced a malicious external cyberattack affecting part of its information systems. The Company’s security systems were immediately activated, and the threat was brought fully under control within the first 24 hours.

Following a thorough and comprehensive review of its information systems, no data leakage was identified. For precautionary reasons, and in the context of implementing the applicable business continuity and information security incident management protocols, certain systems were temporarily taken offline; these have now been fully restored, and all of the Company’s activities are being conducted as normal.
