«Thessaloniki Port Authority S.A.» (“ThPA S.A.”, or the “Company”) announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2026, in accordance with article 4.1.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook as follows:

• - Release of the annual financial report of 2025 and Announcement of the financial results of 2025: Wednesday, April 15^th, 2026. 
• - Analyst Day, presentation of the Company's financial results to analysts: Tuesday, April 21^st, 2026.

• - Annual General Shareholders Meeting: Tuesday, May 12^th, 2026.

• - Ex-dividend date: Thursday, May 14^th, 2026.
• - Dividend beneficiaries for the financial year 2025 - "Record date": Friday, May 15^th, 2026.
• - The dividend payment date will start on: Wednesday, May 20^th, 2026.

• Release of the semi-annual financial report of 2026 and Announcement of the semi-annual financial results of 2026: Friday, September 25^th, 2026. 

The Announcements of the financial results will take place after the end of the trading session of the Athens Stock Exchange.

The Company will release an updated Announcement on the dividend payment procedure.
