Announcement of acquisition of own shares

The company "TECHNICAL OLYMPIC S.A." (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) announces that, in accordance with Article 49 of Law 4548/2018, Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and based on the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on December 19, 2024, in the context of proper and timely information to investors, it discloses that during the period from 27.02.2026 to 05.03.2026, the Company acquired own shares, through the Athens Exchange member BETA SECURITIES S.A., as follows:

Following these purchases, the Company holds 941,322 own shares, corresponding to 2.313% of the Company’s total outstanding number of shares.
