LOULIS FOOD INGREDIENTS S.A. (the “Company”), in accordance with Law 3556/2007, Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and the Athens Exchange Regulation, each as currently in force, informs the investment community that Mr. Dimitris Tarnaras, a person discharging managerial responsibilities pursuant to Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the subsidiary KENFOOD S.A., on 06.03.2026 acquired 2,250 treasury common registered shares with voting rights of the Company free of charge, through an over-the-counter transfer, from the Company.

The above transfer was carried out in the context of the Company’s Stock Award Plan.
