Financial Calendar 2026[1]

The public limited company under the corporate name ELLAKTOR S.A. (the “Company”), in accordance with Article 4.1.1 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, as well as its Decision No. 25/15.04.2024, announces to the investment community the Financial Calendar for 2026, according to which:

1. The announcement of the Company’s Annual Financial Statements (and Consolidated Financial Statements) for the fiscal year 2025 and the Annual Financial Report will be posted/published on the websites of the Athens Exchange and the Company on Friday, 17 April 2026, after the close of the trading session of the Athens Exchange.
2. The annual briefing of Analysts regarding the financial results for the fiscal year 2025 will take place on Monday, 20 April 2026, via teleconference (a relevant invitation will follow).
3. The Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders will be held on Thursday, 14 May 2026.
4. Distribution of dividend for the fiscal year 2025:
   • Dividend ex-date[2]: 08.06.2026
   • Record date (determination of dividend beneficiaries): 09.06.2026
   • Dividend payment start date: 12.06.2026
5. The publication of the 2026 Semi-Annual Financial Report and the announcement with commentary on the financial results for the first half of 2026 will take place on Friday, 18 September 2026, after the close of the trading session of the Athens Exchange.
