Announcement of Annual Financial Results 2025 and publication of the Annual Financial Report for the year 2025 in accordance with applicable legislation, on the websites of the Company (https://safebulkers.cy/) and the ATHEX (www.athexgroup.gr): Thursday, 02 April 2026, after the close of the ATHEX Session.

Annual General Meeting: Monday, 22 June 2026.

Payment of interest on common bond loan: Every six months in accordance with the relevant announcements of the Company and the terms of the common bond loan.

Announcement of Semi-Annual Financial Results for the first half of the year 2026and publication of the Semi-Annual Financial Report for the first half of the year 2026 in accordance with applicable legislation, on the websites of the Company (https://safebulkers.cy/) and the ATHEX (www.athexgroup.gr): Thursday, 24 September 2026, after the close of the ATHEX Session.
