The company "Papoutsanis S.A. Industrial and Commercial Company of Consumer Goods" announces its Financial Calendar for the year 2026, in accordance with article 4.1. of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, as currently in effect, as follows:

17.03.2026: Announcement of FY 2025 Financial Report (before the market opening of the Athens Stock Exchange)

18.03.2026: Annual Briefing of Analysts on Financial Results of FY 2025 (conference call)

17.04.2026: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

21.04.2026: Dividend 2025 Cut-off date

22.04.2026: Dividend 2025 Record date

27.04.2026: Dividend 2025 Payment date

04.08.2026: Announcement of H1 2026 Financial Report

The Company will propose the distribution of a dividend for FY 2025. The aforementioned dates for dividend distribution are subject to approval by the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting.

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, with the obligation to promptly inform the investing public through a relevant announcement in accordance with the terms of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, as currently in effect.
