FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2026

ELINOIL HELLENIC PETROLEUM COMPANY S.A announces its 2026 Financial Calendar, pursuant to Decision 25 of the Athens Stock Exchange and Article 4.1.1 of the Athex Rulebook: 

Wednesday 29/04/2026             

The Announcement of the Annual Financial Statements 2025 will take place on Wednesday, April 29^th, 2026, after the close of the Athex trading session.

Thursday 2/07/2026

Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders will be held on Thursday, July 2^nd , 2026.

The Company will inform the investing public about the decisions of the Board of Directors regarding the allocation of profits for the fiscal year 2025. If a dividend distribution is decided, the relevant cut-off dates, determination of beneficiaries and commencement of payment will also be provided in the same announcement.

Tuesday 29/9/2026:

The Announcement of the Semi-Annual Financial Report for the Company for the fiscal year 2026 will take place on Monday, Tuesday 29^th , 2026.

The Company reserves the right to alter the above dates, after timely informing investors of the amendment hereof, as defined in the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation.
