In accordance with the new Rules of EN.A. Growth (article 49, par. 2.5), based on which, the Issuers are required to update the participation of their Principal Shareholders in the voting rights within fifteen (15) days from entry into force of the Rules, Cairo Mezz Plc informs the investment community that the voting rights on the shares of Cairo Mezz Plc are as follows:
