1. On 23 March 2026, the Company was officially registered with the Luxembourg Business Register (Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés, Luxembourg – RCS) under registration number B306096, with European Unique Identifier (EUID) LURCSL.B306096;
2. On the same date, 23 March 2026, OPAP Holding S.A. was deregistered from the Greek General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.);
3. On 24 March 2026, the Company established a branch in Greece under the corporate name “Allwyn Foreign Branch”, with its registered address at 112 Athinon Avenue, P.C. 104 42, Athens, Greece. The branch was registered with the Greek General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) under registration number 192541101001, with European Unique Identifier (EUID) ELGEMI.192541101001 and VAT number 090027346.
