Pursuant to the provisions of Article 49, paragraph 2.5 of the Alternative Market Rulebook, EUROXX SECURITIES S.A. hereby informs the investing public of its updated shareholder structure, which includes the principal shareholders holding, directly and/or indirectly, more than 5% of the voting rights.

1. Giuseppe  Giano, son of Giovanni: 5,369,720 shares, representing 36.30% of the voting rights. 

• 2. Georgios Polites, son of Nikolaos: 4,016,166 shares, representing 27.15% of the voting rights, of which: 

3,196,966 shares are held directly, and 

819,150 shares are held indirectly through SNP Investments Limited. 

• 3. Dimitra Katsipi, daughter of Ioannis: 2,958,200 shares, representing 20.00% of the voting rights, of which: 

578,397 shares are held directly, and 

2,379,803 shares are held indirectly through the joint investment account “K.E.M. Katsipi Dimitra - Vranas Themistoklis Emmanouil & Vranas Ioannis”. 

• 4. Alexandros Billis, son of Stavros: 1,842,140 shares, representing 12.45% of the voting rights. 

It is noted that Mr. Georgios Polites holds a total of 27.15% of the voting rights, including the participation of the Cypriot company SNP INVESTMENTS LIMITED, which is a legal entity closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company, namely Mr. Georgios Polites, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

It is further noted that Ms. Dimitra Katsipi holds a total of 20.00% of the voting rights, which arises from the aggregate of her participation in the Joint Investment Account held jointly with her sons, Messrs. Themistoklis Emmanouil Vranas and Ioannis Vranas, as well as her individual participation as a natural person.
