MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. announces that on 26.03.2026 its subsidiary IREON INVESTMENTS LIMITED entered into an agreement with signatories the legal entities ANTENNA TV BV (a Dutch based company member of the ANTENNA group) and the listed on the Athens Exchanges ALTER EGO MEDIA S.A. for the acquisition of a 33.4% stake in the company ANTENNA GREECE SUPPORT SERVICES SINGLE MEMBER S.A. The latter will take over the operation and management of the subscriber platform providing radio-television services under the trading name ANT1+.

Specifically, IREON INVESTMENTS LIMITED will purchase 3,000,000 million ANTENNA GREECE SUPPORT SERVICES SINGLE MEMBER S.A. common shares from ANTENNA TV BV (the “Seller”) for EUR 3 million and will subsequently acquire 2,508,245 common shares by the means of participation in a share capital increase of ANTENNA GREECE SUPPORT SERVICES SINGLE MEMBER S.A. contributing an additional EUR 2,508,245.

Following the purchase of shares and the completion of the corporate action mentioned above, the new shareholder structure of ANTENNA GREECE SUPPORT SERVICES SINGLE MEMBER S.A. will evolve as follows: IREON INVESTMENTS LIMITED: 33.4%, ALTER EGO MEDIA S.A.: 33.3%, ANTENNA TV BV:  33.3%.

Through its participation in the share capital of ANTENNA GREECE SUPPORT SERVICES SINGLE MEMBER S.A., IREON INVESTMENTS LIMITED will gain access to leading edge technology related to streaming and to digital content distribution channels enhancing the capacity for the development of provision of direct-to-consumer services.

The transaction is subject to the approval by the competent Competition Authority.
