27.03.2026 - Announcement of Shares and Voting Rights

Papoutsanis S.A. announces, in accordance with Article 123, paragraph 3, point (b) of Law 4548/2018, that as of March 27, 2026, i.e., on the date of the invitation of the Ordinary General Meeting of April 17, 2026 the total number of shares of the Company is 27,098,594 ordinary registered shares, each of which carries one vote, amounting to a total of 27,098,594 votes.

The Company has not issued any other class of shares apart from the aforementioned ordinary voting shares and, as of March 27, 2026, holds 264.380 own shares.
